We are on the lookout for a few Delivery Manager’s to join the team
The Transformation team is on hand for every hospital that uses the DrDoctor Platform to ensure they get the most out of it. At DrDoctor we want every installation of our platform to deliver the best possible results at every hospital, without exception. We help our partner hospitals through every step of the way. Over many years, we have come to be experts not only in delivering technology but also in transforming hospital services from the ground up.
You must be an exceptional planner, do-er and people person. You get how to make things happen in a large organisation and take pleasure in efficient solutions.
As an experienced project or account manager, you will be experienced in supporting the Executive team and provide thought leadership across the business
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing end to end client relationship
- Upselling and new sales
- Contracting and financial negotiations
- Programme management
- Change management experience in a similar environment valuable
- Support and management of project managers across one or more projects
- Will be managing large scale transformation programmes across leading NHS Trusts and the broader healthcare system
- Gathering insight from clients in order to inform broader business improvement across product design, client services and sales functions
- Supporting Executive in team leadership

Hi, my name is Mark and I am a Senior Client Success Manager. I have been with DrDoctor for 3 years. As we grow being able to add value to clients above and beyond your usual IT solution can be challenging, I am working on how we meaningfully do this for our longstanding clients as we grow. We are solving immediate and real problems the NHS are facing. To be a success in DrDoctor you need to get sh*t done! Smile, have fun, be proactive and you will do great!
OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?
We fully expect that you will need time to develop in your role and we are committed to supporting every step. However, some key skills are:
- Improvement management or system implementation background an advantage
- Experience in a CSM role within a high growth tech business in either a senior or leadership position
- NHS knowledge is a definite benefit, but not essential
- Personable and tenacious in equal measure
- Exceptional reasoning skills
- You must be able to understand the technical side of what we do
