What do we want? An enthusiastic Junior Technical Support Analyst! When do we want them? NOW!

We are on the lookout for Junior Technical Support Analyst to onboard new clients and support existing clients through the technical stages of delivery (SSIS integrations, technical setup work).


During your time at DrDoctor, you will learn to:

Explain technical onboarding process to technical and non-technical audience

Run technical investigations and provide technical support (read code, analyse data, identify root cause) to provide meaningful intel to teams

Manage own workload and communicate effectively as part of project team

Lead workshops to teach clients how to overcome technical challenges

Assist technical onboarding team with development requests (small features, bug fixes, etc.)

Hi, my name is Tove and I am a Service Designer. I have been with DrDoctor for almost 2 years. There are a lot of things I love about DrDoctor, but fundamentally the healthcare sector is a fascinating and rewarding place to work. The challenge? Managing the intersection between human needs and the needs of a huge organisation under immense pressure. To have a successful career at DrDoctor you must have an ability to really dig in, pull through, and get things done!


OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

Must have Microsoft SQL development experience

Open to graduates with a computer science/similar technical degree

Can translate and communicate effectively to clients who may not have a technical background

Enjoys problem solving, keen to learn and take on responsibility

Self-starting and not afraid to ask questions to develop solutions

Personable and comfortable managing expectations with clients

Organised, reliable when delivering work

Bonus: SSIS, HL7 (or other healthcare experience) and experience with Agile methodologies
